摘要: The in vitro migratory morphology of neonate rat calvarial osteoblasts on positively or negatively-charged polymer substrata was observed using scanning (SEM) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). Proteins adsorbed from the culture medium onto these charged were desorbed 2% SDS separated polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (PAGE). charge sign affected both protein adsorption osteoblast morphology. Cells flattened adapted so closely to positively-charged that ventral cell membrane could not be distinguished at TEM. On readily visible, with only focal areas close contact substratum. depth extracellular space varied surface charge-carrier species negative substrata. Two fractions (MW 220 30 kDaltons, respectively) correlated spreading positive surfaces respectively. Another fraction uniquely present PAGE profiles It concluded influenced via intermediary specifically proteins.
