Predictors of Interpersonal Psychotherapy in patients with bulimic eating disorders

摘要: Abstract
. Objective: To determine predictors of treatment outcomes in patients with Bulimic Eating Disorders treated Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT). Design: Fo- llowing initial assessment, 80 diagnoses Bulimia Nervosa or Not Otherwise Specified (EDNOS), entered the form 16 sessions IPT. Patients were assessed using a validated semi-structure interview (Clinical Rating Instrument-CEDRIC) and completed mea- sures self-esteem (Rosenberg Self-esteem Scale-RSE), eating psychopathology (Eating Examination Questionnaire-EDE-Q), interpersonal functioning (Inventory Functioning- IIP-32), depression (Beck Depression Inventory-BDI). Method: Remission recovery after IPT two interest. Univariate analysis series backwards stepping logistic regressions performed to variables associated remission recovery. Result: Low less problems main poor outcome. Conclusion: As low levels high are likely do well IPT, different type should be offered them. A randomized controlled trial could explore this hypothesis more detail. Key words: Psychotherapy, Nervosa, EDNOS, Predictors. Resumen. Objetivo: Determinar los factores de pronostico del tratamiento la bulimia nerviosa con terapia interpersonal. Diseno: pacientes el diagnostico Nerviosa (BN) o trastornos comportamiento alimentario no especificados caracteristicas BN (TCANE) fueron tratados sesiones inter- personal. Los evaluados utilizando una entrevista semi-estructural Instrument-CEDRIC). Tambien completaron bateria cuestionarios para evaluar niveles estima personal Scale -RSE), psicopatologia alimentacion funcion Functioning-IIP-32) y depresion Metodo: El interes fue definido por variable remision recuperacion. Para analisis estudio se realizaron serie regresiones logisticas. Resultado: Baja personal, menor patologia en peor pronostico. Aunque es un efectivo las personas que sufren nerviosa, estas patologias baja menos problemas interpersonales deberian ser otro tipo terapia.
