摘要: Les pneumonies acquises sous ventilation mecanique (PAVM) constituent la premiere cause d’infection nosocomiale en reanimation, avec une incidence comprise entre 10 et 40 % [1, 2]. Cette est cependant variable selon les types d’hopitaux, dans un hopital donne le type d’unite de reanimation. Ce risque d’autre part directement dependant duree d’exposition a mecanique, evalue environ 1 par jour pendant 10–15 premiers jours pour baisser ensuite legerement [3].
