摘要: Objective To perform systematic assessment of ovarian reserve markers using a combination tests in juvenile systemic lupus erythematosus (JSLE) patients without amenorrhoea. Methods Twenty-seven consecutive JSLE female and 13 healthy controls amenorrhoea were evaluated for 6 months. Ovarian was assessed during early follicular phase by serum levels follicle stimulating hormone (FSH), luteinising (LH), estradiol, inhibin A, B anti-Mullerian (AMH). size measured abdominal ultrasonography. Demographic data, disease activity, damage treatment also analysed. Results The median current age similar (16.5 vs. 15years, p=0.31) with significantly higher at menarche (13 12years, p=0.03). A trend lower total antral count observed compared to (9 14.5, p=0.062) other parameters (p>0.05). Further evaluation treated cyclophosphamide those this revealed FSH (6.4 4.6 IU/L, p=0.023). Inhibin B, AMH volume but did not reach statistical significance (10.8 27.6 pg/mL, p=0.175; 0.6 1.5 ng/mL, p=0.276; 3.4 5 cm 3 , p=0.133; respectively). LH (2.7 2.9 p=0.43), estradiol (50 38 p=0.337) (1.1 0 p=0.489) comparable both groups. Conclusions Our study suggests that after may be hampered spite the presence menstrual cycles emphasising relevance gonadal protection use alkylating agent.
