摘要: Traditionally, research focused on determining the causes of employee pay satisfaction has investigated influence job-related inputs, both extrinsic and intrinsic to job itself. Together with these pay-related fairness issues have played an important role in explaining phenomenon. However, few studies consider factors linked issues, such as ethical leadership. Because leadership necessarily entails concept fairness, it seemingly should a positive effect. Furthermore, because presence supervisor (SEL) offers strong chances for employees achieve moral accomplishments excel practice their jobs, SEL enhance effects inputs. Whereas high motivating potential (JMP) makes easier be self-actualized, fulfillment is necessary them obtain authentic self-actualization at work minimize impact deficiencies. Along SEL, JMP shaped increase experiences meaningfulness, responsibility outcomes, knowledge results work, which can lead enjoyment doing itself, not just compensation-related motives. Hierarchical regression analysis sample 151 diverse set Spanish organizations supports direct shows that higher levels satisfaction.
