摘要: Different neuronal alterations within glutamatergic system seem to be crucial for developing of cocaine-seeking behavior. Cocaine exposure provokes a modulation the NMDA receptor subunit expression in rodents, which probably contributes cocaine-induced behavioral alterations. The aim this study was examine composition subunits brain structures rats with history cocaine self-administration after abstinence (i) an enriched environment, (ii) isolated condition, (iii) extinction training, or (iv) without instrumental task, as well Grin1 (encoding GluN1) and Grin2A GluN2A) gene were evaluated 10-day training rat structures. In present study, we observed changes only following when increased GluN2A levels seen postsynaptic density fraction but not whole homogenate prelimbic cortex (PLC) dorsal hippocampus (dHIP) previously self-administered cocaine. At same time, did change these conclusion, may represent potential target
