摘要: Summary. Bovine ovaries were obtained from the abattoir and corpora lutea classified as: (1) early luteal phase (approximately Days 1\p=n-\4);(2) mid-luteal (Days 5\p=n-\10);(3) late 11\p=n-\17);(4) regressing 18\p=n-\20)and (5) pregnant 90\p=n-\230).In addition, preovulatory follicles whole without tissue collected. Concentrations of oxytocin, vasopressin, bovine neurophysin I progesterone measured in each corpus luteum by radioimmunoassay. Progesterone levels increased Stage 1 to 2, plateaued during 3 declined 4. Oxytocin vasopressin concentrations 2 but low (oxytocin) or undetectable (vasopressin) follicles, pregnancy lutea. Therefore both peptide hormones maximal first half cycle before those progesterone. The high concentration oxytocin within coupled with presence suggests that is synthesized locally.
