摘要: The optical density spectra D(hω) of BiFe0.5Co0.5O3 films with thickness d = 230 and 1400 nm on LaAlO3 substrate were studied in the infrared range from 0.09 to 1.65 eV unpolarized linear polarized light at room temperature T 80 K magnetic field 4.5 kOe without field. absorption bands hω ~0.2 ~0.7 are revealed recorded attributed combination two-phonon two-magnon d–d transitions Fe or Co ions, respectively. In film light, additional 0.3 eV–1.0 found explained by nonuniform charge state due existence weakly conductive electric domains domain walls higher conductivity scattering domains. position D⊥(hω) D∣∣(hω) depends direction relative temperature, which is change sizes. dependence properties allows recommending as new functional magneto-optical material.
