摘要: In recent years a subtle paradox has emerged among scholars studying knowledge work in different institutional domains. Some analysts mainly, those scientists and engineers private industry see trend toward increased levels of autonomy control, as corporate bureaucracies adopt more flexible practices thus defer to these workers' technical expertise.' Yet, at the same time, other concerned with position working university settings commonly make opposite case, seeing commercialization academy significant threat traditional academic researchers.2
