摘要: Objective A collaborative research team of community/public health nursing faculty and public nurses surveyed to explore knowledge, skills, attitudes, application the Quad Council Competencies for Public Health Nurses (QCC-PHN). Methods Evaluate 2011 QCC-PHN by nurses. Design descriptive, cross-sectional design was used answer hypothesis related study objective. convenience sample 308 completed an online survey. Measurements ANOVA determine difference between (C/PHNs) regarding based on specialty preparation, years experience, C/PHN experience. Results C/PHNs are described differences in delineated. statistically significant found knowledge attitude upon Conclusions Recommendations proposed increasing awareness, implementation, evaluation effectively enhance practice C/PHN.
