Typical X-ray picture isolated determines possibility timely diagnostics planning treatment meas ures aimed at prevention severe complications. Currently there no unified point view on the policy agenesis. With development vasodilators, calcium channel blockers or infusion prostaglandin prescribed. Treatment infections may include various options surgical endovascular interventions. hemoptysis includes embolizatio n, lobectomy pneumonectomy.
