摘要: Background/Aims: Probiotic strains have been recognized to exert important roles in many biological systems, including immune response, growth, development and reproduction. However, date, no studies focused either on the relation among probiotics maternal factors or probiotics' ability qualitatively and/or quantitatively modulate transcripts. Methods: In this study, effects of Lactobacillusrhamnosus administered parental fish control involved autophagic, apoptotic dorsalizing processes during zebrafish embryo were assessed through q-PCRs, WMISH TUNEL assay. Results: The results we obtained show that probiotic induced significant changes both zygotic mRNA levels development. autophagy-regulating genes herein investigated -ambra1a, ambra1b, beclin, lc3-, as well those process -caspase3, bcl2, bax- modulated disfavor favor treated group, respectively. Also, key transcripts ruling -goosecoid chordin- subject a regulation their gene expression. Conclusion: acquired demonstrated parentally is able physiological
