摘要: A process for increasing recovery of oil from oil-bearing earth formations wherein H 2 S sour wellhead gas is oxidized to SO 3 which in turn reacted with a petroleum hydrocarbon mixture produce sulfonate. The sulfonate incorporated into an enhancing fluid and introduced through injection well formation displace toward production well.
