摘要: Abstract Aims B cells can promote or inhibit immune responses against breast cancer. We investigated changes in the frequency of with stimulatory regulatory capacity tumor draining lymph nodes during cancer progression. Main methods isolated mononuclear from fresh axillary (LNs) 44 patients and stained lymphocytes antibodies CD19, CD80, CD86, CD39 CD73. To assess programmed death-1 (PD-1) PD-ligand 1 (PD-L1) expression, were briefly stimulated, for PD-1 PD-L1, examined flow cytometry. Key findings The CD80+ was higher nonmetastatic nodes, while percentage CD86+ showed a positive relationship grade numbers involved LNs. A small proportion unstimulated expressed PD-L1 but these molecules rapidly upregulated on following activation. stimulated PD-L1+ an inverse association estrogen progesterone receptor expression nonsignificant grade. In addition, PD-1+ higher-grade tumors. CD73 associated lower LNs, CD39+ larger Significance CD86+, CD39+, associations poor prognostic factors, therefore their potential role suppression should be evaluated greater detail.
