摘要: Abstract A novel convenient room-temperature method for surface covering of carbon nanotubes (CNTs) with few-layer MoS 2 shell was developed. For this purpose, liquid-phase single-layer dispersions molybdenum disulfide produced by chemical exfoliation its compound lithium, LiMoS , were applied. As evidenced XRD and TEM studies, the dispersed layers readily attach to outer CNT tend envelop it. Measuring interlayer distances in vicinity –CNT interface showed, that deposited particles typically contain 1–3 (rarely, up 10) layers, which are close contact graphitic walls. Similar deposition performed presence cationic polymers containing polydiallyldimethylammonium units found lead incorporation polymer molecules sulfide form 0.5 nm thick organic interlayers between . The same sequence is also realized absence due self-organization components. presented work has a great potential designing other nanohybrid structures participation layered metal sulfides.
