摘要: Semiosis, the processes of production, communication and interpretation signs – coding de-coding takes place within between organisms. The term “endosemiosis” refers to sign transmission inside an organism (as opposed “exosemiosis”, which organisms same or different species). In Biosemiotics it is customary recognise cell as most elementary integration unit for semiosis. Therefore intra intercellular constitute departure point study endosemiotics contemporary molecular biology, signal transduction research has remarkably contributed a major paradigm shift in biology now seen “science sensing”. Once we that sensing one necessary properties life, cannot do without considering semiotic logic order construct our understanding living phenomena. Given central integrating role physiological ecological studies, this chapter outlines its implications. The multi-modality modularity molecules relative “infrastructure” components poses problems metabolic codes: occurrence instances “cross-talk”, “redundancy” “categorial sensing” at hierarchical levels. captures very well essence “outstanding question(s)” transduction; i.e., how specificity determined, ubiquitous signals messengers convey specific information, undesired cross-talk avoided, redundancy integrates system. This proposes basic conceptual toolbox interpreting empirical data deals with such puzzling phenomena from biosemiotic perspective
