摘要: Since the discovery of insulin, pregnancy in diabetic no longer constitutes a threat to life mother. Perinatal mortality however has always been higher than non-diabetic and despite considerable fall during last three decades it is still twice as high diabetics. Table 1 shows perinatal at King’s College Hospital 27 years. During years 1971–1977 was 9 201 (4.5%). This compares with national just below 2%.
