摘要: The dynamic changes that occur in milk composition associated with duration of lactation have been recognized for over a century as documented several early publications some dating back to 1874 (1–3). In the mid 1900s Macy (4) reviewed 1500 on from many countries and selected 268 papers based “the characteristics subjects, methods collecting samples, analytical techniques, diet environmental factors”. From data surveyed, they compiled table composite values more than 50 components human at three lactational stages: colostrum, representing one five days postpartum; transitional milk, six ten mature day 15 months postpartum. Since time particularly since 1970s, plethora information has emerged providing further characterization important biological knowledge those factors which are alterations volume produced by average healthy lactating woman (Table 1).
