摘要: In this article, a dual-band wide-angle metamaterial perfect absorber is proposed to achieve absorption at the wavelength where laser radar operates. It composed of gold ring array and Helmholtz resonance cavity spaced by Si dielectric layer. Numerical simulation results reveal that designed displays two peaks target 10.6 μm 1.064 μm with large frequency ratio near-unity absorptivity under normal incidence. The absorbing property polarization-insensitive feature are also demonstrated. Localized surface plasmons introduced analyze interpret mechanism. can be developed for potential applications in infrared stealth field.
