摘要: Article-at-a-Glance Background Understanding change is crucial to implementing quality improvement (QI) initiatives. This article summarizes the current literature—within both health care fields business management—regarding how occurs at individual organizational levels. Part 1 focuses on changing clinician behavior, which instrumental any effort directed in setting. 2 examines culture change. 3 addresses issues leadership, along with necessary steps guide an organization. 4 key elements Finally, 5 provides three case examples QI initiatives reported recent literature illustrate application knowledge management can assist successful implementation programs.
