摘要: The spatial distribution and locational characteristics of land development have changed dramatically in Chinese cities since the reform 1987 which allowed paid transfer land-use rights—i.e. leasing. This has led to rapid transformation urban structure cities. There is an urgent need study general trend such changes their policy implications.
