摘要: In an increasing number of application areas and industry sectors, such as the automotive, aerospace, military or oil gas industry, a trend towards higher ambient temperature rating from 85 °C upward for electrical machines power electronic converters can be observed. To reduce impact high temperatures on density, interest in with SiC semiconductors operated up to junction 250 rises. The control typically requires precise, fast robust current measurement. Analyzing measurement concepts literature reveals that there is lack systems, are galvanically isolated able measure dc ac at °C. this paper, concept bidirectionally saturated transformer presented, sinusoidal 1 kHz 50A relative error 2.6% less than 0.5% after initial calibration. Furthermore, prototype designed, built used experimental verification concept.
