摘要: Abstract Experimental studies of the effects lidocame and procainamide on mongrel dog heart peripheral vasculature have been performed in intact animals those with completely separated cardiopulmonary systemic circulations. When these drugs were administered to dogs, initial depression myocardial contractile force arterial blood pressure was seen after administration both lidocaine procainamide, but at low moderate dosage levels increased above control by end a recovery period. In divided circulation experiments, drugs, when into circuit, caused marked vasodilation simultaneous transient drop force. centrally, found be depressant all levels; positive inotropic agent this preparation higher drug levels.
