摘要: The crystallization process of hexagonal boron nitride in the presence copper has been investigated. positive effect on crystallinity was observed three studied systems of: nitrided boron, boron–carbon, and previously prepared turbostratic nitride. However, hindered formation carbonitride produced graphite phases separately. Poor found as a conditio sine qua non for existence such compound. Well-crystallized had very low spacing parameter 0.3328 nm regular shape.
