摘要: Background Recently, enhanced recovery after surgery (ERAS) was widely used in the perioperative management of gastric cancer. The study aimed to evaluate safety and effectiveness ERAS single-incision laparoscopic distal gastrectomy (SIDG). Materials methods A total 90 patients who received cancer resection were divided into 3 groups: group (n=30), underwent traditional multiport with conventional management; B (n=30) concept; C SIDG concept. Clinical data gut function assessed groups. Results There no significant differences terms postoperative complication, number resected lymph nodes blood loss among However, operation time longer (P=0.003) treatment cost higher (P 0.05). white cell counts lower than (all P Conclusions findings suggest that may be a feasible safe procedure for early because it provides favorable cosmetic result while not compromising complications, nodes, loss.
