摘要: The copper based CuFe 2 O 4 nanoferrite was prepared by chemical co-precipitation method and the detailed investigation of structural magnetic properties carried out successfully at room temperature. obtained results from XRD confirm that has tetragonal structure temperature its crystallite size, lattice strain found to be varied 11 17 nm 3.910 -2 2.610 for microwave annealed as-prepared samples calculated using Scherrer equation Williamson-Hall analysis, respectively. A clear superparamagnetic behaviour observed in hot air oven RT under field range ±2 T. distorted curve determined isothermal hysteresis studies sample. It might a possible non-magnetic cation transformation on surface nanoparticles along with high resulting change certain level applied field.
