摘要: The aim of this study was to investigate the cytotoxic and genotoxic effects high copper (Cu) concentrations on bovine cumulus cells (CCs) cultured in vitro. We evaluated effect 0, 120, 240, 360 μg/dL Cu added vitro maturation (IVM) medium CC viability assessed by trypan blue (TB)-fluorescein diacetate (FDA) 3-(4,5-dimethyl-2-thiazolyl)-2,5-diphenyl-2H-tetrazolium bromide (MTT) assays, apoptosis, DNA damage. Differences cell TB-FDA were not significant among treated with Cu. However, mitochondrial activity MTT lower as compared control (p < 0.01). Percentages apoptotic higher when CCs (p < 0.05) due frequencies late (p < 0.05). frequency live diminished a dose-dependent manner culture medium. Whereas genetic damage index (GDI) increased significantly presence 240 (p ˂ 0.05), at all tested (p ˂ 0.05). These results indicate that induces CC.
