摘要: Sheep of calm or nervous temperament differ in their physiological (cortisol secretion) and behavioural (motor activity) responses to stressors, perhaps due variation genes that regulate glucocorticoid synthesis brain dopamine activity. Using ewes had been selected over 20 generations for (n=58) (n=59) temperament, we confirmed the presence a polymorphism gene specifically involved cortisol production (CYP17), identified polymorphisms three associated with personality traits: receptors 2 4 (DRD2, DRD4), monoamine oxidase A (MAOA). The lines differed frequencies CYP17 SNP628 (single nucleotide A-G mutation at position 628) DRD2 SNP939 T-C 939), but not other SNPs detected MAOA. In second experiment, then genotyped large, non-selected flock SNP628. Responses 'arena' 'isolation box' challenges were genotype response ACTH challenge was genotype. We conclude that, sheep, combination C allele A/A could be used as genetic marker T/T G/G temperament.
