Using Equivalence Scales as Spatial Deflators: Evidence in Inter-Household Welfare Regional Comparisons from Italian HBS Micro-Data

摘要: In inter-household welfare comparisons, equivalence scales have been traditionally used as a tool for making comparisons among households with different composition, well to assess the cost of additional household components, focus on children. No reference has explicitly made time/space dimensions, except time one implicit in inter-temporal approach. attention paid so far possible role them space framework.
