摘要: Measurements were carried out in 146 limbs with angiographically documented arterial occlusive disease (AOD) and 85 without AOD. Ankle systolic pressure (AP) was equal to or higher than brachial It below 82% of the all complete occlusion, usually 50% those multiple occlusions, above single block. AP normal 19 25 severe five nine mild stenosis. All occlusion 14 16 stenosis had abnormal pressures thigh. The foot-to-peak time (CT) width pulse waves at half amplitude (WD) related heart rate limbs. Considering rate, majority AOD abnormally prolonged CT WD. Normal found together only two symptoms. findings indicate that provide a sensitive method for diagnosis follow-...
