摘要: There are many differences between atmospheric electrical processes that take place over the continents and oceans. Perhaps most striking distinction, one documented by observations from ships at sea (Sandcrs Freeman, 1982), is activity as indicated frequency of lightning discharges much less intense oceans than land. Observations spacecraft confirm this (Sparrow Ney, 1971;Turman, 1978; Orville, 1981; Radio Research Laboratories, Japan, 1981).
