摘要: Inflammasomes are a family of proteins in charge the initiation inflammatory process during innate immune response. They now considered major actors many chronic diseases. However, no drug focusing on this target is currently market. Among various approaches aiming to control metabolic pathway, compounds modify intracellular antioxidant profile appear be promising. This can obtained by “light” antioxidants able induce natural response cell itself. review will give an overview current available information promising pharmacology approach.
