摘要: Forty-two neoplasms stored at −195 °C for periods up to 6 years have remained transplantable and lethal their inoculated hosts. A bioassay which estimates the surviving cell population based on kinetics of exponentially growing in vivo demonstrated an initial loss viable cells due freezing procedures no further losses storage. The response 14 drug-induced resistant chemotherapeutic agents has unaltered after long-term storage.
