摘要: In this work, we explored the electrical resistance-pressure sensitivity of multiwall carbon nanotube (MWNT) networks/poly(dimethylsiloxane) (PDMS) composites and proposed a deformation-induced property transition mechanism nanotubes to explain behavior. The thermoelectric coefficients MWNT networks/PDMS mat under pressure were also measured discussed support our proposition. Our results revealed that relative resistances with lower loadings are more sensitive on applied pressure. Furthermore, I-V characteristic modulated one side has shown well rectified
