摘要: Crataegus sp. is a tree that grows in temperate zones with worldwide distribution and commonly known Mexico as tejocote. The use of products derived from traditional medicine, food, cosmetics has increased over the last few years relevance this plant also grown. Here, we report disease was observed tejocote plants grew both wild greenhouses Puebla (Mexico). characterized by necrotic spots on leaf ranging brown to reddish tones were accompanied structures back leaf. Furthermore, investigated fungal genera associated infected leaves plants, which recovered Alternaria sp., Aureobasidium Dreschlera Fusarium Paecilomyces Ulocladium genera. Inoculation healthy isolate UAP140 showed similar symptoms nature, while inoculation UAP127 resulted development lesions identity these isolates further studied through phylogenetic analysis ribosomal DNA internal transcribed spacer (ITS) region, where highest equiseti arborescens. To our knowledge, first characteristic developed community lesion analyzed. Further studies would be necessary determine ecological environmental implications microbiome appearance disease.
