摘要: Abstract AC conductivity and dielectric properties have been studied for a series of polycrystalline spinel ferrite with composition CoAl x Fe 2− O 4 , as function frequency temperature. The results were discussed in terms the quantum mechanical tunneling small polaron models. dispersion constant was light Koops model hopping conduction mechanism. loss tangent tan δ curves exhibits relaxation peaks which are attributed to coincidence charge carriers that external fields. conductivity, constant, found increase increasing temperature due frequency, while they decrease Al ion content reduction iron ions available process at octahedral sites.
