摘要: Abstract A series of cyclophosphazene—DNA matrices is investigated by UV spectrophotometry and spectrofluorometry (using EtdBr (ethidium bromide) as a probe) in order to gain information about the structural modifications DNA due different possible modes interaction thus attempt explain origin their antitumour properties. There no direct relationship between activity fluorescence decrease (and/or hyper-bathochromic shift, when observed) suggesting that targets other than must be looked at real mode action cyclophosphazenes agents.
