Ademas, si mismo alteraba completo proceso implicando debe papel indispensable solo actuar inmunosupresion probablemente, actue monomero heterodimero DCs. "ENGLISH ABSTRACT: Docosahexaenoic Acid (DHA), an omega-3 PUFA, has been associated with immunosuppressive effects in lymphocytes, monocytes and macrophages, but there were studies about its on dendritic cells So human differentiated to presence of growing concentrations These displayed divergent changes their phenotypes depending the maturation stage, downregulating both lymphoproliferative stimulation capacity secretion levels mature stage. All these concentration dependent. We performed then similar experiments other fatty acids: Linoleic (LA), Oleic Acid. With results that shown by qualitative manner was most potent acid affecting phenotype, lymphoproliferation activation cytokine secretion. The obtained those ligands although is considered poor ligand compared or Rosiglitazone. By side, theoretically, heterodimer can be activated ligands. ligand, tested at low The phenotype treatments. However, treated secreted normally inhibited. The simultaneous addition Rosiglitazone additive indicating probably acting through PPAR?:RXR. When combined, phenotypic much more for than This strongly suggesting could act mainly activating heterodimer. Finally, GW9662, specific inhibitor PPAR?, blocked unleashed Moreover, GW9662 himself altered implying must fulfil significant role process moreover immunosuppression response probably, monomer DCs."
