摘要: New circuit component - active resonator is proposed for use in microwave and millimeterwave circuits. It consists of a common an amplifier, compensating losses the resonator. Properly designed, such arrangement behaves as (passive) with dramatically increased quality factor. High factors can be achieved even at frequencies, where resonators suffer from due to small skin depths. Viability experimentally verified region using TE01? dielectric oscillator.
