摘要: Abstract : Global changes in military affairs clearly predicate that U.S. strategic leaders must make a paradigm shift the way they intend to prosecute warfare 21st Century. This study examines relevance or value of organizational climate-building joint, multinational alliance coalition environment. It argues will be more successful if focus on and culture integration, rather than development culture. More importantly, culture-building is long term proposition, condition which does not support operations with transient organizations geostrategic paper applies findings studies high performing current affairs.
