摘要: CrystalClear is a large integrated project funded by the European Commission that aims to drastically reduce cost of crystalline Si PV modules, down 1 Euro/Wp. Among different subprojects, one dealing with development advanced solar cells relatively (with 11 partners out 15 Crystal Clear taking part) and has crucial role. The goal subproject develop cell design concepts manufacturing processes would enable reduction in order 40% processing costs per Wp. In this paper, we give an overview all work taken place so far. World class results have been achieved, particularly on high efficiency ribbons, industrial-type very thin (120 (j.m thick) substrates.
