摘要: Objective. Diminished wound healing is a common problem in diabetic patients due to diminished angiogenesis. SHMSP was found promote The present study carried out examine the effect of this peptide wounds rabbits. Materials and Methods. Twenty male New Zealand rabbits were used study. Diabetes mellitus induced randomly divided into two equal groups: control group group. A-full thickness punch biopsy made create about 10 mm on right ears all Every day, cleaned with saline groups. In group, 15 mg applied after cleaning. On day 15th, animals sacrificed, excised rim 5 mm normal surrounding tissue. Histo-pathological assessment healing, inflammatory cell infiltration, blood vessel proliferation, collagen deposition performed. Results. There no deaths among significant increase proliferation deposition, decrease infiltration compared Conclusion. Topical application improves
