摘要: The diurnal cycle of the mixing ratio MR is discussed for Padova, sited about 30 km from sea. In morning a noticeable increase can be noted until nocturnal inversion completely eroded; afterwards convective activity mixes humid sublayer with dry air aloft, so that an abrupt drop in follows break-up inversion; minimum generally reached after noon. primarily due to enhanced thermals at mid day. During day, increases wind speed are accompanied by arrival new masses, no general statements made without knowledge local dynamic climatology. Clouds cause MR, out-of-phase relation between dampings ofthe turbulent diffusion coefficient water vapour and evaporation rate soil. afternoon again sunset, when sea breeze (final phase) transports marine inland practically unaltered.
