摘要: Abstract The dynamic analogue of the von Karman equations in polar form is used to study symmetric response a circular plate harmonic external excitation. method multiple scales determine set ordinary differential governing modulation phases and amplitudes oscillation for case an internal or autoparametric resonance. results show that resonance responsible coupling modes involved excited mode not necessarily dominant one. Furthermore, choice parameters multi-mode loses its stability through Hopf bifurcation, resulting periodically chaotically modulated motions plate.
