摘要: Polypyrrole (PPy) is a polymer widely used as an extraction phase due to its ability perform intermolecular interactions with the analyte, such acid–base, π–π, dipole–dipole, hydrophobic, and hydrogen bonding. In this manuscript, we report coating of stainless steel needle PPy film for analyte subsequent analysis by electrospray ionization mass spectrometry (ESI-MS) under ambient open-air conditions. The method, named PPy-ESI-MS, was optimized 3,4-methylenedioxyamphetamine (MDA) 3,4-methylenedioxymethamphetamine (MDMA) in synthetic urine. Seven cycles electrodeposition onto surface, sample at pH 8, 40 min analytes were determined best analytical performance PPy-ESI-MS evaluated MDA MDMA compounds. Analytical curves obtained R2 > 0.98. This work demonstrates usefulness combining ESI-MS conditions determine different classes small molecules complex sample.
