摘要: Polypyrrole (PPy) is a polymer widely used as an extraction phase due to its ability perform intermolecular interactions with the analyte, such acid–base, π–π, dipole–dipole, hydrophobic, and hydrogen bonding. In this manuscript, we report coating of stainless steel needle PPy film for analyte subsequent analysis by electrospray ionization mass spectrometry (ESI-MS) under ambient open-air conditions. The method, named PPy-ESI-MS, was optimized 3,4-methylenedioxyamphetamine (MDA) 3,4-methylenedioxymethamphetamine (MDMA) in synthetic urine. Seven cycles electrodeposition onto surface, sample at pH 8, 40 min analytes were determined best analytical performance PPy-ESI-MS evaluated MDA MDMA compounds. Analytical curves obtained R2 > 0.98. Limits detection (LODs) limits quantification (LOQs) 20 μg L−1 70 25 80 MDMA, respectively. Values precision below 17%, values accuracy 5%. apparent recoveries ranged between 84.5% 111.3%. addition, method applied sarcosine urine order evaluate another class calibration curve 0.98, along LOD LOQ 30 100 L−1, 5% 8%, respectively, close 100%. This work demonstrates usefulness combining ESI-MS conditions determine different classes small molecules complex sample.
