摘要: Abstract Optimization of ultrasound-assisted extraction (UAE) total polyphenols (TPP) from Empetrum nigrum aerial parts was carried out by response surface methodology (RSM). The optimum UAE conditions time, temperature, ethanol concentration, and solvent-to-material ratio were 21.38 min, 42.32 °C, 61.93% 53.29:1 mL/g, respectively. Under the conditions, yield TPP 32.17 ± 0.46 mg/g, which 1.29–1.44 folds to those conventional methods. In addition, bioactivities extracts investigated. Antioxidant activity test 1,1-diphenyl-2-picryl-hydrazyl (DPPH) assay revealed that had a high potential for free radical scavenging activity. showed remarkable antibacterial against both Gram-positive Gram-negative strains, especially strains. evaluation antitumor MTT flow cytometric analysis indicated significantly inhibited B 16F 10 melanoma cell proliferation effectively induced apoptosis cells. These results demonstrate E. are rich in show great application pharmaceutical industry.
