摘要: The bifunctional aldehydes glyoxal and malondialdehyde, known to be toxic products of the radiolysis sugar other food constituents, interact with DNA in vitro vivo as demonstrated by thermal denaturation profiles, chromatographic behavior, incomplete degradation reaction product deoxyribonuclease. After irradiation diluted radioactive glucose solution followed incubation at slightly acid pH, radioactivity is found core enzymic digest only. Attempts locate binding site proved that radiolytic compound associated preferentially guanine cytidine moiety core.
