摘要: Spectrum sensing is a primary and an essential function in cognitive radio (CR) for dynamic spectrum access. Cognitive user should detect the whitespaces or vacant frequency bands as quickly possible without causing significant interference to (PU) communication. This requires efficient signal processing algorithms. Hence, research into novel techniques being aggressively engaged both academia industry. In this chapter, we aim low signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) under probable channel impediments. practice, detection performance (detection probability (\(P_d\)) false alarm (\(P_f\))) of single often compromised by multipath fading shadowing issues channel. Multinode/cooperative effective method minimize impact these improve exploiting spatial diversity. literature, various methods are presented networks. Each every one has its own advantages compromises. Moreover, weighted gain combining (WGC) equal (EGC) cooperative performance.
