摘要: Two novel strategies to improve the patency of vascular prostheses are described in this thesis. To outcome synthetic bypass surgery, cell seeding is a promising concept that has extensively been investigated and still evolving. short term effects due acute thrombotic occlusion, thrombogenicity prosthetic material could be reduced by both 'endothelialization' graft or heparin bonding endoluminal surface. Both potentially also reduce intimal hyperplasia (IH), as endothelial cells known influence process IH development. Therefore, emphases studies were: 'auto-endothelialization' 'thrombogenicity-reduction' PTFE graft. The central questions thesis 1. Can auto-endothelialization grafts realised using anti-CD34 coating? 2. Does coating hyperplasia? And 3. immobilization grafts? 4. Is there systemic effect locally immobilized on answer these vitro, ex vivo were performed, which Overall, we conclude antibody techniques have potential small diameter grafts. From vitro can realized technique. 'perfect antibody' however, not found yet, threefold increase neo-intima formation was result a-specific attached coated study successfully reduces ePTFE major conclusion from study, heparinized lack antibodies against heparin, great clinical importance. As stated earlier, ideal conduit for (semi)acute procedures one surgeon simply pick off shelf, implant patient resembles venous bypasses. At time writing, basis literature available, specific seems best choice. Of course, longer follow up needed delineate whether truly perform good do. In theory, reduction might benefit dilemma.
