摘要: The objective of this study was to analyse trends in the incidence digestive cancers France. Observed and mortality data population covered by cancer registries were modelled using age-cohort models. An estimation incidence/mortality ratio obtained from these models applied rates predicted an model for entire French population. Site-specific standardized-incidence 1-year intervals cumulative rate 0-74 years birth cohort estimated. On average, age-standardized large bowel increased 1.0% per year men 0.8% women 1980 2000. estimated 4.0% born 1913 4.8% those 1953. corresponding values 2.5 2.9%. most striking increase seen primary liver with 2000 incident cases nearly 6000 0.5% 2.9% lower pancreas cancer.
